Launched at a United Nations conference in 2018, the Urapi Sustainable Land Use Fund marked a pioneering step in addressing the intertwined challenges of deforestation and rural poverty.

Urapi mobilized $50 million, now fully invested, to support sustainable land use initiatives led by smallholder producers in forest frontier regions. The fund’s mission is to break the cycle of environmental degradation and economic hardship by fostering long-term, regenerative development.
